Summary
We are seeking a curious, proactive, and innovative Data Scientist with expertise in AI/ML and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact. This role involves working with LLMs, NLP, and deep learning techniques to build scalable models and translate complex insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- AI/ML Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models, including LLMs for predictive analytics and automation.
- Data Analysis & Feature Engineering: Collect, process, and analyze structured/unstructured data; engineer features to optimize model performance.
- NLP & Agent-Based Applications: Develop LLM-based AI solutions with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
- Business Impact: Translate data science methodologies into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- End-to-End Deployment: Implement MLOps best practices for scalable, reliable model deployment.
- Visualization & Storytelling: Create dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
Required Skills
- AI/ML Expertise: Predictive modeling, NLP, deep learning, LLM-based applications (e.g., GPT, BERT, LangChain).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python; experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
- Data Engineering: Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake and data blending.
- Cloud & MLOps: AWS SageMaker, S3, Redshift; ML pipeline automation.
- Collaboration Tools: Git for version control and team workflows.
Soft Skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Proactive, innovative mindset with ownership of end-to-end delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Streamlit).
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning and agent-based AI applications.
