Job Title: SAP SD Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant to join our project team. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP SD solutions, analyzing business requirements, conducting root cause analysis for issues, and providing effective resolutions aligned with business objectives.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of S/4HANA capabilities, Fiori applications, and integration with other functional modules, ensuring seamless business operations and continuous process improvements.


Role & Responsibilities:
· Execute end-to-end S/4HANA SD implementations including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
· Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze complex OTC scenarios and provide scalable solutions.
· Perform root cause analysis for production issues and provide timely functional resolutions.
· Configure and support core SD processes such as:
· Sales order management (standard, third-party, make-to-order, and make-to-stock scenarios)
· Delivery and shipment processing
· Advance Returns Management
· Billing processes including milestone billing, project-based billing, and revenue recognition
· Support E2E shipment cost management processes and carrier payments
· Manage pricing procedures, condition techniques, and output management for customer communications.
· Work with Fiori apps for SD operations, analytics, and approvals.
· Perform data migration activities using the S/4HANA LTMC tool, including master data and transactional data.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, PS, and Settlement Management) to ensure seamless integration.
· Good to have – Settlement management hands-on experience for Customer, Commissions & Royality rebates for E2E settlement processes.
· Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT) and support end-user training and documentation.
· Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives for SD-related processes.
· Proficiency in LTMC / LTMOM data migration tools.

Requirements:
· Minimum 10+ years of SAP SD experience implementation/rollouts.
· At least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA SD implementation.
· Strong hands-on configuration knowledge in S/4HANA SD with new advanced functions
· Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
· Excellent documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
· Experience of working within a formal project methodology ASAP and Agile frame works
