Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior NICE CXone Developer with 10 12+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions. This position requires strong proficiency in NICE CXone Studio scripting and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality customer engagement workflows.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with CXone Studio, APIs, integrations, and omnichannel routing, along with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. This role involves end-to-end development from designing IVR/ACD flows to implementing platform configurations and resolving production issues.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Development
Design and develop IVR and ACD call flows using NICE CXone Studio, including scripts, actions, and custom logic.
Build, test, and deploy routing scripts, workflows, and automation processes within CXone.
Configure and customize omnichannel routing, WFM, Quality Management, and Analytics modules.

Integration & API Work
Develop integrations using NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and external connectors.
Integrate CXone with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Zendesk.
Ensure secure data transfer, compliance, and system interoperability.

Platform Configuration
Configure users, skills, campaigns, call queues, and channel settings.
Optimize routing strategies, contact center KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
Support WFM schedules, Quality Monitoring evaluations, and analytics-driven insights.

Maintenance & Support
Troubleshoot CXone issues, script errors, workflow failures, and API-related problems.
Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with Operations, QA, Network, and Product teams to maintain platform stability.

Documentation & Best Practices
Create and maintain documentation for scripts, integrations, and system configurations.
Ensure all solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
10 12+ years of hands-on experience with NICE CXone.
Strong proficiency in NICE CXone Studio scripting (IVR, ACD, workflows).
Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
Solid understanding of omnichannel contact center operations.
Experience integrating CXone with CRM platforms.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS), networking fundamentals, VPNs, and webhooks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with WFM, QM, Interaction Analytics, and real-time dashboards.
NICE CXone or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and telephony systems.
Familiarity with automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or RPA.
