Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead product initiatives within CRM technologies, primarily focusing on Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce (SFDC). The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional understanding of sales systems, with experience managing global, large-scale technology launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of end-to-end CRM product features in MSFT Dynamics and SFDC.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure successful execution.

  • Drive change management for global implementations.

  • Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and align product roadmap with business objectives.

  • Partner with development and sales operations teams to enhance the seller experience.


Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in technology or CRM platforms.

  • Proven success in launching global, large-scale technology products.

  • Strong technical understanding of MSFT Dynamics CRM and Salesforce (SFDC).

  • Experience with third-party sales tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Solid experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
