Job Details

Resource 1 is in need of a Workday Implementation Consultant (techno-functional SME) for a fully remote contract position to implement Workday s Recruiting module for our client. The contract will go for 3-5 months, depending on how long the implementation takes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Workday platform and extensive experience implementing the Recruiting module for multiple clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Function as Implementation Lead/ SME for the end-to-end implementation of the Workday Recruiting module, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
  • Configure the Workday Recruiting module to meet the client s specific needs.
  • Customize workflows, notifications and reports as needed to optimize the recruiting process.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates on project progress.
  • Offer expert guidance and recommendations to optimize the use of the Workday Recruiting module.
  • Provide training and support to HR team to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the new system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday HCM with a focus on the Recruiting module.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple Workday Recruiting implementations.
  • Implementation experience across multiple business units/ entities within the same organization.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Workday certification in Recruiting is a big plus.
