Job Description
Role Focus: Oracle ERP technical expert, primarily responsible for integrations and technical support within the Oracle procurement contracts suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and troubleshoot OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) integrations for Oracle Procurement, Contracts, Accounting Hub and Cash Management with other systems such as D365, NOOSH, Snow, Zip, etc
- Manage technical issues, coordinate with Oracle support (including raising SRs and providing log files), and support day-to-day technical operations.
- Understand and enhance existing integrations, suggest improvements, and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate closely with functional, business, and operations teams in an agile environment; participate in daily stand-ups and requirement clarifications.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical background in Oracle ERP integrations, especially with OIC.
- Familiarity with Okta, SCIM, and related security/integration technologies.
- Ability to read and understand Java code (development not primary, but comprehension required).
- Functional Knowledge: Understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and ability to interpret functional requirements for technical implementation.
