Role: Technical Product Owner / Scrum Master Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

Foundational SAFe and/or Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, PO etc.)
Hands-on / Real-world SAFe and Scrum experience98
Managing multiple Scrum teams & business community
Advanced Stakeholder Management
Provide reporting around various metrics
Support release activity
Own and execute SAFe/Scrum ceremonies/activities
Advanced Jira experience
SQL Server/T-SQL Scripting experience - writing select statement, decipher Stored Procedures/Functions

Qualification

+10 years of experience
Matured Product Owner responsibilities
Ticketing system experience - ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.
Strong Problem-Solving skills - take a problem and logically break it down, conduct interviews with business & technical team members to hydrate the Feature/User Stories with details and well-documented Acceptance Criteria
Experience working with a technical team debugging issues
Prior experience in a hybrid role of Scrum Master/Product Owner handling Agile teams by following Scrum or SAFe guidelines.
Experience in Training/Coaching teams for following right Agile practices and techniques using Scrum.
Strong communication skills

Nice to Have:
Banking/lending industry exp
Knowledge of enterprise schedulers or bash jobs- some sort of fluency around that
Must be comfortable enough w/SQL to do the following:
Troubleshoot a problem by picking through data in tables to see, for example, why a particular record might not have been picked up by a given process.
Derive a set of business rules by reading through a stored procedure that implements those rules.
