Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking multiple Maintenance Technicians to join the team with our client in the Global Repairs industry!

Title: Maintenance Technician I
Responsibilities:

• Performs electrical, welding, painting, plumbing, and/or carpentry repairs.
• Troubleshoots and conduct periodic inspections to determine Maintenance work required.
• Follows Preventive maintenance instructions and ensures that the records for such are properly documented.
• May perform or assist in the installation, relocation and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment.
• May perform or assist in the repair and maintenance of support equipment that includes but is not limited to, air compressors, air dryers, vacuum systems, HVAC, and DI water Systems.
• Adheres to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills Requirements:

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Ivy's software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Read and understand visual aid.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or 2-step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs
• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products and email skills required.

Education Requirements:

• Technical certification in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related field.
