As part of the accounting team, you'll play a key role in managing IT-related financial processes and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and audit IT prepaid expenses.
- Prepare journal entries and monthly reconciliations.
- Support month-end close activities and maintain SOP documentation.
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and P2P teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
Core Focus: IT Prepaids
- Set up prepaid invoices with amortization schedules.
- Review and approve prepaid invoices in Workday.
- Audit new prepaids for accuracy and compliance with ledger requirements.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with accounting reconciliations.
- Familiarity with Workday or Salesforce (nice to have).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly collaborative role working with IT, Finance, and P2P teams.
- Opportunity to support new processes and improve documentation.
- Exposure to IT project accounting and operational finance.
- Strong learning environment with room to drive process improvements.
