RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Client Services Support Specialist in Ramsey, NJ.

Essential Job Functions:
* Support is provided via telephone, email, and web ticketing

Customer Service:
The Client Services Support Specialist provides support in the following areas:
* Password Resets, account maintenance (i.e., domain, SAP, BW, MKM, Gmail, etc.)
* Adds/Moves/Changes - for new hire/terminations
* Printer installations, software installations
* Access rights on domain - shared folder and domain group access
* Troubleshooting software issues; Operating system, SAP, MS Office, Citrix, and Browsers
* Remote support using LANDesk/Zoom/Remote Desktop
* Troubleshooting Google email related issues
* Cisco VPN Client/Secure Auth OTP

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma/GED required; Some college or technical training preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of Help Desk/Customer service experience in a high-volume IT environment
* Strong working knowledge of computer and peripherals and how they interface
* Working knowledge of Help Desk ticketing system(s) (ServiceNow required)
* Knowledge of M365 Environment (Email, Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive)
* Excellent Customer Service experience, along with superior verbal and written communication
* Excellent working knowledge of computer hardware/software and peripherals
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work patiently with clients with all levels of technical ability in troubleshooting any/all computer or network related issues
* Ability to work with all levels of management
* Ability to work with multiple teams in troubleshooting issues affecting the enterprise
* Strong working knowledge of company policies and procedures related to IT
* Flexibility to work different shifts to provide necessary coverage for our employe
* IT and ITIL related certifications a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
