Job Details

Job Description Our client, a healthcare company, is looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to join their help desk team. You would be working very closely with the Support Lead and Manager to do tier 2 and 3 escalations. Doing a mix of both system, desktop, and network based support.

They are looking for someone well versed in IT support who isn't afraid of collaborating with other teams to do high level escalations. The ideal candidate has done tier 2 and 3 support with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, VoIP systems, and FortiGate.

This is a six month contract-to-hire position, with a hybrid work schedule based out of their north Dallas office. Compensation is a $30-35 an hour on contract, with a $60-70K full-time conversion. Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience doing Tier 2 and Tier 3 Windows support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Fortinet network support.
  • Experience supporting VoIP systems (Nextiva preferred).
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 3-4 years of IT support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
