Title: Senior Business Analyst with LXP Admin/ Degreed/ LMS experience Location: Remote US Duration: 12 Months
MUST Skills: Instructure Bridge LMS, LXP Admin, Degreed and Saba/Edcast LMS knowledge
Responsibilities include:
Liaising with the Learning & Development team to finalize and document learning requirements, processes, and design decisions.
Attending all project calls with the Degreed and Pearson implementation teams, the latter of which will consist of HR (L&D, HR Operations) and Technology (HR Technology Solutions).
Working with the L&D and technical teams to configure and integrate learning subscriptions such as LinkedIn Learning, O Reilly, RSS feeds, and Credly; LMSs like D2L Brightspace and Saba; and other enterprise tools that might include SharePoint, Oracle Fusion, and ServiceNow.
Setting up the Degreed mobile app within Pearson s security parameters and ensuring it functions with Single-Sign On.
Collaborating with the technical team to modify existing LMS data (content or user), configurations, and integrations, as necessary.
Leading the migration of existing journeys, pathways and groups from our current LXP (Edcast) to Degreed.
Helping integrate Pearson s skills ontology with content and jobs.
Keeping track of Degreed upgrades and ensuring new features are integrated into the platform. Informing the learning team of new functionality.
Overseeing User Acceptance Testing prior to launch, including writing and assisting in executing test scenarios.
Post launch, assisting with setting up groups and learning paths in Degreed in conjunction with learning stakeholders.
Utilizing out-of-the-box Degreed analytics reports and creating new ones based on the requirements of L&D stakeholders.
Identifying trends that indicate how the LXP is achieving established ROI goals.
Working with L&D and the communications team to increase engagement with this new learning tool.
Training learning stakeholders on Degreed functionality, including creating groups and pathways and how to run and use reports.
Providing Tier 3 support as needed and assisting Tier 1/2 Support teams regarding LXP functionality.
Documenting all work and performing knowledge transfer prior to wrapping up the contract.
Skills / Experience Required:
Background in Learning & Development.
Deep knowledge of learning systems in an administration capacity, overseeing the course catalogue and assignments, business rules, user data, and reporting. Experience with Saba and / or Degreed preferred.
Experience working with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical processes and configurations.
Comfort with designing and conducting online training sessions.
Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite, especially Excel.
