Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000




Summary


We're seeking a highly analytical BI Reporting Analyst to help transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. This position plays a key role in supporting financial and operational reporting initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, ensure data integrity, and build intuitive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in Power BI and SQL and enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.




Responsibilities




  • Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI.




  • Translate business requirements into data models, technical documentation, and reporting solutions.




  • Design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes to support BI systems and data warehouses.




  • Build and execute advanced DAX queries and calculations to extract and manipulate data efficiently.




  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.




  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to deliver accurate and timely insights.




  • Maintain and enhance BI infrastructure by identifying opportunities for performance and reporting improvements.






Skills & Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.




  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.




  • Hands-on expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX.




  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.




  • Experience with data warehousing, pipelines, and structured/unstructured data.




  • Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools a plus.




  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.




  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
