This job opportunity involves a mainframe domain role specializing in IBM Infosphere Data Replication (IIDR) with a focus on Q-rep/SQL replication, requiring skills in DB2, JCL, SQL, MQ, and Linux, and offering offshore 24x7 third-level support at an E3 level. The analyst will maintain IIDR code on the mainframe, monitor replication scenarios, and collaborate with business partners to establish new replications.
Skills Required -
o knowledge of DB2
o JCL
o SQL
o Mainframe experience
o knowledge of IBM's InfoSphere Data Replication (specifically Q-rep/SQL rep) is strongly desired
o basic understanding of MQ
o Linux experience preferred
o Strong problem-solving skills
Job Description - The analyst would be responsible for applying IIDR code maintenance on the mainframe. In addition, the individual would monitor and maintain existing replication scenarios and work with business partners to set up new replications as needed.
This is a 3rd level support team with 24x7 support.
