Job Details

Position Overview: The UI Developer / UX Designer will design intuitive, user-focused interfaces while developing front-end functionality for web applications. This role blends creative design and hands-on development, guiding the user experience from research and wireframing through visual design, prototyping, and implementation. The ideal candidate has strong UX skills, solid front-end development experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs.
  • Create personas, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Translate requirements into intuitive and accessible UX designs.
  • Implement designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.
  • Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly, cross-browser functionality.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI features.
  • Optimize performance and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1).
  • Maintain and update front-end code and resolve UI issues.
  • Partner with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality and design consistency.

Position Requirements

  • Over 10 years of combined UX design and UI development experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Strong front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.
  • Experience with responsive design, design systems, and prototyping.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methods.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
  • Experience using Git or similar version control tools.
