Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing reporting solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability across various business functions. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop analyses, dashboards, and subject-area-based reports tailored to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Create data models, templates, and scheduled reports using BI Publisher to meet functional requirements.
Evaluate current reporting methodologies and structures, proposing enhancements to improve scalability and maintainability.
Establish and document standards for reporting practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Provide hands-on training and support to team members, guiding them through troubleshooting and report lifecycle management.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business reporting needs into precise technical specifications.
Optimize reporting solutions to align with data architecture and security roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Identify cross-module reporting dependencies and develop strategies for seamless integration.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting, including subject areas and BI Publisher data models.
Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing reports for production environments.
In-depth knowledge of Fusion data architecture, security roles, and inter-module reporting dependencies.
Strong skills in analyzing existing reporting inventories and implementing standardized practices.
Proficiency in client-side scripting and configuration management.
Experience with API development and Salesforce development.
Familiarity with HCM SaaS Oracle Fusion applications.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and functional stakeholders.
