WHAT WE'RE DOING
C4ISR: Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance
Across air, land, sea and space, thousands of sensors onboard manned and unmanned military platforms are collecting huge amounts of data. These Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems task, collect, process, analyze, fuse and disseminate the most mission-critical information. THE WORK
Classified Cybersecurity helps secure lifesaving products and critical state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing systems by applying cutting edge cybersecurity principles. Rising to the challenge of building a more secure world for the warfighter, space exploration, climate sustainability and commercial use. The Cybersecurity position will partner with the security team, program, and government customers to perform as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in Littleton, CO.

Developing processes for identifying / communicating vulnerabilities to be remediated - assess current use of cyber tools and whether efficiencies can be made
Delivering security assessments with 100% accuracy - Perform system security validations with 100% accuracy, verifying baselines and security configurations
Maintaining 100% active accreditation status of all Authorization To Operate (ATO) packages
Maintaining above 95% credentialed vulnerability scan rates
Completing 100% Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) objectives for Classified Information Systems
Effectively communicating with leadership to ensure awareness of progress of deliverables
Other Key Responsibilities and Challenges of this role include:
Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices outlined in the security plan.
Perform auditing of information systems, to include monitoring and recognizing non-compliance, suspicious and anomalous activity (i.e. threats), and reporting such activity to appropriate parties.
Monitor and correlate data (e.g. logs, events, activity, etc.) from a variety of sources (e.g. Splunk, Trellix, Nessus, etc.) to identify and mitigate threats, vulnerabilities, and non-compliance.
Document compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) to address non-compliance in accordance with the Continuous Monitoring Strategy.
Assist in investigations of computer security violations and incidents, reporting as necessary to Program Security Representatives, Program Managers, and the Counterintelligence team.
Evaluate proposed changes or additions to the information system, and advise the ISSM of their security relevance.
Balance competing priorities amongst multiple customers and programs.

This position is full-time onsite at Deer Creek Facility in Littleton, CO.
Basic Qualifications
- Final Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance
- Hands-on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools
- Information Systems auditing experience
- Knowledgeable of continuous monitoring of system security controls
- Experience with developing, reviewing and maintaining RMF artifacts
- Possess a valid certification that meets or exceeds DoD 8140 basic foundational requirements for ISSM work role, to include Security+, GSEC, CAP, CASP+, CCISO, CSSP, CISM, CISSP, Cloud+, SSCP, or GSLC
Desired skills
- Prior experience as an ISSO, ISSM, or related DoD Cyber Workforce Role
- Previous experience working in a SAP/SCI/Collateral environment
- eMASS/XACTA experience
- SIPRNet/CCRI/CORA experience
- Demonstrated technical experience in Windows and Linux based operating systems and command line
- In-depth experience in system hardening, analysis, and vulnerability management
- Previous experience working with system accreditation requirements and NIST 800-53 (DAAPM/JSIG) RMF implementation
- Experience implementing complex technologies within large environments, possessing strong technical skills
- Understand Agile operations while possessing sound business acumen
- Experience setting up or using Tenable Nessus / Security Center
- Experience setting up or using Splunk
- Experience with scripting languages
- Experience implementing or validating Secure Technical Implementation Guidance (STIGs)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 9 years of relevant work experience or a master's degree and 7 years of relevant work experience

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
