Description:Our client is looking to add a Business Analyst on an existing project. This BA will be working alongside some Process Engineers to help evaluate and enhance existing controls across the Fraud Disputes program for the bank. The BA will have exposure to working on up to 100 types of controls. The bank is looking for enhancements that might be low-tech all the way to AI automation features (crawl - walk - run).
Ideal candidate MUST have banking risk and controls, fraud disputes or ops, can look at large data sets and help with defining current state and making recommendations.
Qualifications: - Experience with automation, AI, reporting skills
- Strong excel skills
- Some JIRA for PM tracking, SQL reporting, and Tableau
- Support Sr. team members in assessing the effectiveness and viability of controls.
- Assist in the development of automation strategies and implementation plans.
- Document control processes and procedures.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to implement automation solutions.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of automated controls.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial sector specifically in fraud, disputes or risk and controls.
- 3-5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field.
- Understanding of control design principles and best practices.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
