We re seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead the design, delivery, and support of scalable, high-impact HCM Cloud implementations across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support engagements.

  • Provide excellence in customer service support diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex functional and technical issues.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals.

  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM advancements, recommending best practices and driving continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate effectively with global teams and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture through documentation and training.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree (BE, BTech, MCA).

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with at least 2 3 Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules, including:
    Core HR
    Absence Management
    Talent Management (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Career Development, Succession Planning, Learning)
    Payroll
    OTL (Oracle Time and Labor)
    Compensation and Benefits

  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and functional solution design.

  • Proficiency in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reporting.

  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Good to Have:

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

  • Experience with Service Requests (SRs), Requests for Change (RFCs), and My Oracle Support.

  • Experience working in global delivery or managed services environments.
