Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with at least 7+ years of IT experience and strong Banking/ Finance domain experience. Needs to have some experience with data analysis and data mapping.
Top Desired Skills:

  1. Senior BA with experience in requirements gathering as well as data mapping
  2. Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills. These are highly visible projects with big exposure, need to be able to take things and run


Required skills:

  • Proven ability to partner with third party vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills and an executive presence.
  • Data skills including data mapping.
  • Must understand data flows, specifically transactional data, and have the ability to help create data standards and data process where needed.
  • Knowledge of data models is helpful, understand the data definitions but wont be creating data models themselves.
  • Knowledge of SQL is helpful
  • Very visible to business side, will be pulled into present data, need an executive presence.
  • Help with work planning to accomplish what the business is wanting to get done
