Job Details

Stratacent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various technologies and has a passion for both operations and development. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities:

  • Technology Transition & leadership: Provide technical leadership and knowledge sharing to offshore teams.
  • Client Management: Understand client requirements and effectively communicate with clients. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects, make critical decisions, and mentor less experienced colleagues.
  • Documentation: Create training materials, documentation resources, and SOPs.
  • Technological Backbone: Contribute to building the technological backbone of the organization.
  • Coordination with Third Parties: Coordinate service requests with third-party technology providers as necessary.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects as required.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies and methodologies through ongoing training and vendor certification.
  • Development, Operations, and Support: Leverage expertise in development, operations, and support to enhance organizational processes.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in various technologies, including but not limited to ETL, Informatica, MULESOFT, Power Automate tools and .NET
  • Proven experience in L3 support, dealing with complex technical issues.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside L1 and L2 support, offering guidance and expertise whenever needed.
  • Education Qualification: Bachelors/ master's degree in computer science engineering, or a related field.
