This researcher will lead a mixed-methods approach to uncover customer and employee pain points, identify unmet needs, and quantify their impact on the creditor insurance journey embedded within the organization's mortgage application process. The insights gathered will directly influence product strategy and experience optimization across both digital and in-branch channels.
The ideal candidate is analytical, confident with data, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, while also collaborating cross-functionally across product, design, and business teams in an agile environment.

Communicate findings to executive leadership, providing data-driven recommendations to shape strategic decisions.
Partner cross-functionally with UX, Design, Product, and Business teams to align research outcomes with organizational priorities.
Drive clarity in research planning, ensuring outputs are actionable, measurable, and directly connected to business metrics.
Coach or mentor on qualitative techniques as needed; strong quant expertise is the primary requirement.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in UX, product, or market research, preferably within large enterprise or complex product ecosystems.
Extensive experience conducting conjoint analysis and advanced quantitative methodologies.
Proven ability to communicate and present research findings to C-suite audiences and senior leadership.
Experience applying research throughout the entire product lifecycle-from ideation to launch and optimization.
Private-sector or financial services background preferred; insurance or lending experience is an asset.
