    A Kforce client that is growing substantially is seeking to hire a Mid or Senior Semiconductor Equipment Technicians in Chandler, Arizona (AZ).

    We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. They will be reporting to the Production Manager and based in our Chandler, Arizona location. This Technician will be working with our Fab operations team, they will work Equipment Engineering for innovative products.

    Responsibilities include:
    * Be part of a team that owns equipment performance necessary to meet current and future manufacturing requirements
    * Sustaining-lead troubleshooting efforts, manage critical part inventory, direct supplier activities, responsive to SPC/ FDC excursions, writing specifications, training maintenance techs
    * Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools
    * Forming/executing plans for continuous improvements, implementing hardware/software upgrades, developing preventative actions to SPC/FDC excursions
    * Drive improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity, and safety

    * High School diploma is required; Associate's degree would be ideal but not required
    * 3-5+ years of experience in the semiconductor field, especially in Applied Materials dry etch or thin film equipment operations such as PVD or CVD or similar
    * Familiarity with some of the following AMAT Endura, AMAT Centura 5200 platforms, dielectric and metal etcher, Gasonics Asher's, Wafer cleans, or similar tools and equipment is preferred
    * Perform required PMs and actively drive improvements using FDC and parts quality management
    * Experience in troubleshooting, sustaining, and improving performance of semiconductor etch equipment operations such as: dielectric/metal etches, resist strip; Must understand relationship of equipment factors to process controls; Working in a fab in integrated chip process development
    * Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret equipment performance data and produce a timely action plan to resolve recurring equipment failures
    * Ability to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities
    * Exhibit good and open communication skills; Be able to work within cross-functional teams

    Hands on experience with any of the following:

    1. AMAT Etchers: DPS, ASP, Emax, IPS chambers
    2. AMAT Thin Films PVD Endura
    3. AMAT Thin Films CVD Producer
    4. SEZ Wet clean
    5. Supporting equipment such as pumps, chillers, heat exchangers
    6. 200 mm experience is a plus

    The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
