Title: IT Account Manager/ Client Engagement Partner (Retail/ecomm)

Location: Irving, TX/ Oak Brook, IL / San Jose, CA

Job Type: Full Time

Travel:- Remote position

 

Job Description:

  • The candidate should have solid account management experience in the last 5 years.
  • The ideal candidate must have a managed retail accounts one of these in retail industry: eCommercial / Omnichannel implementation / managed services, Merchandising, Store Solution Implementation / Managed Services.
  • Should have experience in UP selling/ Cross selling services to existing customers
  • The Candidate is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned portfolio of accounts scope. 
  • The Candidate works together with their manager (Client Partner) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. 
  • Experience in the managing clients and or business development within accounts project management experience in Retail/Ecommerce industry would be an advantage.
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts 
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations 
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
