Job Title: Amazon Connect Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ/ Plano, TX/Columbus, OH - Onsite
Primary Responsibilities and Skills:
- In-depth knowledge and Strong hands on exp on
- AWS Lambda - Python/Java/Node.js
- Experience with Amazon Connect SDK
- Amazon Connect's Precision routing schema
- Amazon Connect's API
- Amazon Integration with JPMC API
- Lex - chatbot development using Lex API (Lambda)
- Bedrock, Bedrock Agent, Bedrock AgentCore
- LLM [prompt engineer] Nova, Claude, OpenAl
- Amazon Connect Contact Flow design
Good to have hand on in Cloud & Container technologies: AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes & Docker, Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
Interpersonal Skills:
- Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Must be able to work under own initiative with limited guidance from team manager due to the fast pace and high-volume of work managed by the team.
- Able to talk to client directly and report to client/offshore.
- Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch.
