Summary:
Responsible for designing and developing robust data pipelines and integrations using Azure services to support analytics and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, and Databricks.
- Build and optimize Spark-based data transformations.
- Implement data ingestion and integration from multiple sources.
- Ensure data quality, performance, and governance adherence.
- Collaborate with architects and BI developers to deliver integrated solutions.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on with ADF, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Spark, SQL.
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks and data lake architecture.
- Experience in Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD for data projects.
- Strong problem-solving and performance tuning skills.
Preferred Skills / Certifications:
- Azure Data Engineer Associate certification.
- Experience in Microsoft Fabric and Delta Lake architectures.
