RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Mid to Senior Electrical Engineers Plasma Technology in Cherry Hill, New Jersey (NJ).
Summary:
The client is a growing Engineering Technology company is seeking a few Mid-Level to Senior Electrical Engineers. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this search assignment. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus and stock/RSU's. You will be responsible for supporting solid-state RF matching network and RF generator products on a semiconductor plasma chamber. The candidate will be working with a team of Electrical, Mechanical, software, and Embedded Engineers in an office/lab environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Be able to operate and support a semiconductor plasma chamber in a semi-clean environment
* Mid to Senior Electrical Engineers will be able to develop recipes and test performance of RF Matching Networks and Generators on a plasma chamber
* Be able to install, operate, and maintain subcomponents on a plasma chamber
* Perform Research and Development work on the plasma chamber
* Mid to Senior Electrical Engineers will support product testing on a plasma chamber and in the laboratory
* Work closely with electrical and mechanical designers to develop and execute a project plan and requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or similar field; Master's degree preferred
* Preference will be given to candidates with 5+ years of experience
* Knowledge of operating a plasma chamber
* Electrical circuit simulation using any of the following: ORCAD PSPICE, ADS, HFSS, or similar SW
* Ability to troubleshoot Analog, Digital, and Mixed Signals at the Hardware Level
* Close attention to detail is a must
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is a must
* Candidate must live within a 1hr commute of the office from which they will be working
* Candidates outside this distance must be willing to relocate prior to commencing employment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
