Candidates with prior experience working for State Government clients are preferred.
- This position will report to the DSS-BITS QM Manager working for the Child Support modernization effort. The role will function as a QM Functional Test Lead under the guidance of the CCSES BITS Project Director.
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with CCSES modernization efforts.
- Lead testing activities, scope assignments, ensuring timely delivery in conjunction with State teams.
- May have to design, review, and approve test cases, scripts, and data with QM.
- Under CCSES Project Director and QM Management guidance, oversee execution of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain risks, issues, escalations, resolutions, mitigations in Jira or State define tracking tool.
- In conjunction with QM Management, develop standards, progress metrics and success criteria for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendor partners, state teams and associate partner agencies for activities related to this effort.
- Identify risks, propose mitigations, and continuously improve testing processes.
- Other related duties may evolve as the project matures into future phases.
