Principal SRE for Modern Robotics Company / Andover, MA

We are partnered with an IoT company in Andover, MA that is transforming the retail industry with automated solutions. This company developed robotic capabilities for retail companies to streamline their operational advances and thus increase positive customer service. They are currently looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our robotics and automation systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and systems to guarantee maximum uptime and operational efficiency. In this role, you will Develop and implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact system performance and collaborate closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience with cloud automation with modern DevOps tools. Candidates must be local to the Andover, MA area. Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 6+ years of DevOps/SRE experience
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience building out CI/CD pipelines
• Creating and maintain Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience in scripting languages, such as Bash or Python

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security or a related field
• Experience coding in a modern OOP language is a plus
