Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,400.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.

You Have:
- Experience defining or leading product developments as a systems engineer, including requirements engineering, Cameo, Trade studies, risk management, and interface management
- Knowledge of DoD and Air Force systems engineering activities and processes, including DODAF, systems architecture, and systems engineering best practices
- Ability to understand and organize complex requirements, interfaces, and lead other systems engineers
- Ability to work in a professional and military-oriented environment, be responsive to clients' needs in a timely manner, and develop deliverables and work products
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with integrated weapon s systems testing and certification testing
- Experience with military weapon s systems
- Experience with the development of operational test equipment
- Experience with a real-time embedded system product
- Knowledge of test requirements and operations
- Ability to draft and coordinate systems engineering management plans and other requirements documentation
- Ability to lead and coordinate systems engineering integrated product teams
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering
- INCOSE Certification
