You Have:

• Experience defining or leading product developments as a systems engineer, including requirements engineering, Cameo, Trade studies, risk management, and interface management
• Knowledge of DoD and Air Force systems engineering activities and processes, including DODAF, systems architecture, and systems engineering best practices
• Ability to understand and organize complex requirements, interfaces, and lead other systems engineers
• Ability to work in a professional and military-oriented environment, be responsive to clients' needs in a timely manner, and develop deliverables and work products
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with integrated weapon s systems testing and certification testing
• Experience with military weapon s systems
• Experience with the development of operational test equipment
• Experience with a real-time embedded system product
• Knowledge of test requirements and operations
• Ability to draft and coordinate systems engineering management plans and other requirements documentation
• Ability to lead and coordinate systems engineering integrated product teams
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering
• INCOSE Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,400.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
