    This is an exciting opportunity to join Enterprise Payments Technology (EPT) and be part of a dynamic and fun team with amazing leadership. EPT is a global payments team which provides a wide range of financial platforms and services. EPT is made of core payment business technology functions including Merchant Solutions, Card Issuing, Digital Wallets, Transfers, Liability Payments and Settlement. EPT facilitates the movement of roughly $693 trillion through the processing of approximately 18.8 billion transactions a year to more than 66 million consumer/small business relationships and 2 million wealth management clients.



    Provide the Consumer and Small Business solutions architecture team with proven delivery on innovations within the Enterprise Payment Technology space. Deliver Omni-channel solutions within across traditional payment networks and trending payment networks including virtual wallets and merchant services. Participates in design and creation of architectural deliverables, to include components of the assessment and optimization of system design and review of user requirements. Contributes to the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions. Contribute to prototype design and works with database, operations, technical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughout the solutioning process. May lead multiple projects with competing deadlines. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor.



    Required Skills


    • Extensive experience with JIRA - ability to create filters and dashboards

    • Ability to create metrics and reporting out of JIRA

    • Understand stakeholder needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem

    • Support cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy

    • Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests

    • Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions

    • Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assist with identifying integration points and the end-to end solution design

    • Document processes, procedures, and workflows

    • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.

    • Effective Communication skills

    • Merchant Services Solution Architect

    • Demonstrated ability to document processes into sustainable documents

    • Solid attention to detail

    • Excellent organizational skills

    Desired Skills


    • Ability to simplify complex information

    • Familiarity with Merchant Services, Payment Processing/Security and/or Network Integration

    • Experience working in large organizations and understanding of the culture these large organizations
