Detailed Job description:
Must have Anaplan Level 3 model builder certification
3-5 years of business analyst experience with requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and documenting functional requirements
Experience with direct interaction with clients in collecting business requirements and performing design validation
Experience with creating test plans, test cases, and executing test cases
Minimum of 3 years experience with Anaplan model building (at least one completed Anaplan project implementation experience)
Experience with FP&A process preferred
Strong communication skills, including documentation, email communication, and creating presentations
Min of 2 years of experience in managing a small team of Anaplan modelers
Strong understanding of the Revenue, Expense, and Headcount planning/forecasting modeling expertise
Experience in designing and building Anaplan models and modules to address business planning and forecasting requirements on financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
Experience with developing complex calculations, data imports, exports, and integration workflows while adhering to Anaplan best practices.
Notes:
Need to be hands-on with Anaplan model building.
need to be able to lead a team.
Need to be comfortable to work after business hours if needed.
Need to be a good communicator with good communication skills.
First preference is local candidate. 2nd option will be for non locals who can relocate on their own to be onsite from day 1. 3rd option will be remote for right consultant.
