The Technical Recruiter is accountable for achieving candidate placement targets in the technology industry, as determined by the company, through activities necessary for high achievement in recruiting, and placing individuals in contract and direct hire positions as well as courses leading to technical certifications. Duties include screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, making job offers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruit, screen, interview and assess candidates.
Attain weekly recruitment activity metrics as defined by the manager.
Perform scheduled follow-up and document in the company system.
Maintain and document candidate communication.
Assess company and technology position requirements and appropriately match candidates to meet company needs and expectations.
Proactively stay up to date on emerging technologies.
Maintain accurate applicant/candidate records in the company system.
Consult with the internal team to gain feedback on Candidate performance and any changes in required qualifications.
