Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide team leadership for testing and validation of a new generation of cyber security products that apply mathematical methods to detection and reverse engineering of malicious content in software.
  • Apply Quality Assurance methods across all system development life-cycle operations
  • Define and implement software testing processes to certify product quality and use-case capabilities.
  • Define and implement specialized testing processes requiring unique test environments.
  • Identify automated testing processes for efficiency and scale-up.
  • Participate in team reviews to validate requirements, product capabilities, and use-cases.
  • Develop procedures for large-scale analysis of malware using existing ALC software behavior computation capabilities.
  • Work effectively with corporate management for certification of product quality.
  • Work effectively with small, high-powered teams to achieve on-schedule performance.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical and Computer Engineering.
  • Ability to create testing environments including hardware and software tools.
  • Ability to define and create test automation for specialized testing and deployment.
  • Ability to understand software functionality and develop specialized testing to certify quality.
  • Experience with methods for user experience, use-case, and GUI validation.
  • Experience with current testing tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity Java, C, and C++, web service and UI testing, SQL/NoSQL, Git-based systems, Shell/Python scripting, JIRA and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with methods for validation and verification across the product lifecycle will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with cyber security problems, techniques, and tools will be a plus.
  • Experience with Intel, ARM, and Industrial Control System (ICS) processors, operating systems, and assembly languages will be a plus.
