Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong knwoeldge of Applications support - covering monitoring, maintaining, improving and upgrading systems and applications
Strong knowledge of Windows 2012 and 2008 server.
Strong knowledge of IIS6 and IIS7 including virtual directory and app pool configuration and trouble shooting.
Knowledge of Application architecture, .net, C#, etc.
Application server loads and configuration.
Knowledge of WebSphere management/configuration and EAR deployments.
Knowledge of Documentum server / Doc Base management.
Mandatory Functional Skills
1.Availability for the 24x7 production support activities
2.Engaging with App leaders and L3 team
3. Mediating the general conflict of goals between team (BA & Developers) and product owner
4. Helping with the release planning.
5. Keeping in touch with every stakeholder regularly
6. Helping the team to continuously improve their process.
