Dynamics of the Role

We currently have an opportunity in Austin, TX for a .Net Developer. The Developer will serve as a point for escalation of issues with back office applications and processing. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring database application stability, reliability, and performance while ensuring to adhere to best practices and documentation standards for development. This position is also responsible for coordination of business needs and solutions between the Application Support team and other functional business units.

How You’ll Contribute:

Triage and solve complex issues from various business units within established SLAs.

Design and develop solutions to prevent issues from reoccurring.

Responsible for design, development and testing of tools used by Application Support team

Responsible for maintenance and enhancements to back office applications.

Coordinate business needs and solutions between Application Support team and other functional business units

Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent work experience
  • US Citizenship required due to government contract.
  • 2 years of experience in SQL
  • 2 years of experience in C# development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience supporting an Agile team
  • Experience with the following technologies:
    • C#, .NET framework
    • TFS
    • SQL Server
    • SSMS
    • SSRS
    • SSIS
  • Healthcare experience preferred
