Job Description

POSITION TITLE: .Net Fullstack Developer

LOCATION: Seattle, WA (onsite)

TYPE: CONTRACT To HIRE or Full time

You will be part of Interface Development Team mapping customer interfaces and workflows using API management platform and Integration Engine.
In this role you will be a part of our Agile team (XP, SAFe) and be responsible for bringing our current solutions into the future by developing microservices,
that can be better tested.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
o Work with a Product Owner be part of Scrum team through sprints and ceremonies to estimate and prioritize work, provide feedback, and share ideas along the way.
o Coordinate with stakeholders to define and technical requirements from an integration standpoint.
o Building, mapping, and configuring customer interfaces (APIs) from based on specifications.
o Analyzing and improving customer integrations and migration strategies
o Maintaining the integrity and smooth functioning of the customer integration workflows
o Monitors and reports on progress in completing engagements and accomplishing goals
o Be responsible for full stack development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Javascript, Restful APIs, and SQL server, among others.
o Pair with other developers and move work items through the backlog to acceptance in a timely manner.
o Add value to users by thinking beyond the current problem and proactively problem solving, developing an understanding both solutions and business domain.
o Adhere to established guidelines within the Scrum Team and create/update technical documentation.
o Participate in code and design reviews and provide coaching to other members of the team.

Minimum Required Qualifications
o Experience with API development and implementations o Experience with Customer integrations
o You are familiar with Agile principles and ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standup, demos and retrospectives as we follow the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
o You’re a code craftsperson and value quality, write unit tests and want to work in a test driven development (TDD) environment.
o You are self-motivated and take initiative to solve problems and fixing things.
o You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback as part of a collaborative team and development process.
o You have a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
o You have 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
o And, ideally, you’ve got a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to have:
o Experience with HL7 ADT, X12, and FHIR standards.
