Job Description

Our Client, a leader in the natural gas industry, has an immediate need for a Finance Operations Manager.

This position is located in Rochester Mills, PA and is a full time, permanent position. Ideal candidates must understand work-flows and have a strong understanding of pricing and taxation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight to a team of 15 people across multiple offices
  • Develop and document desktop procedures for customer service
  • Understand transactional work-flows and work with corporate finance to improve data integrity and reporting
  • Improve and document system of controls 
  • Oversee fast paced, high volume billing function 
  • Occasional travel to branch offices (within Western NY and Western PA)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or finance
  • Relevant experience in billing and/or customer service
  • Prior experience with complex transactional ERP systems
  • Experience in inventory management
