We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and client-delivery segments of our Managed Services team. We are seeking an individual to increase customer satisfaction, enhance profitable performance, ensure smooth progression of daily operations, and most importantly, contribute and support a healthy, creative working environment. This professional would have successfully managed technical teams with integrity, tact and a passion for excellence.

Day-to-day operations: Ensure SLA compliance is met at all levels. Manage service delivery and process.
Procurement: Supplier/vendor management.
Client relationship and satisfaction management: Constantly have a pulse on the state of programs and level of client satisfaction. Manage the client onboarding process.
Billing, reporting and analytics: Work with technical teams and cross functionally ensure accurate and timely billing, reporting and ongoing analysis.
Personnel management: Day-to-day responsibilities, team dynamics, performance management, etc.
Issue resolution: Ongoing management and resolution of any client, team and personnel issues.
BA/BS degree highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years related experience with demonstrated understanding of all of the following: MSP, human capital, staffing, procurement and contracts.
Highly proficient computer skills and comfortable in diverse web applications
Maintain a sense of urgency while remaining cool and collected.
Display a positive attitude and demeanor with both client and teams.
