Job Description

We are seeking a new SEM Campaign Manager to own end-to-end process of building a SEM program. Responsibilities include managing operations, reporting, budgeting, and optimization of Paid Search campaigns to meet performance marketing goals and align to regional objectives. Paid Search is part of broader Performance Marketing organization and serves as one of the key growth drivers of the business.


  • Manage regional paid search portfolios
  • Analyze campaign performance, monitor performance trends, spot outliers, communicate results on a weekly basis
  • Design campaign strategy to meet customized KPIs and Objectives
  • Test ideation to identify growth or efficiency opportunities
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with major paid search partners
  • Staying up to date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with eBay counterparts to leverage expertise, inform platform and engineering development, share best practices


  • 2+ years search marketing experience (paid search preferred)
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Marketing
  • Strong problem-solving
  • Strong Google Ads skills
  • Curious in nature and like to dig into data to identify insights
  • Works well independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with team
  • Strong Microsoft Excel (pivots, formulas, charts)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and takes initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working SQL knowledge, a plus
