The Technical Consultant will be part of our team and will be accountable for delivering Industry Best Practice guidance working with customers to achieve their business outcomes in FSO (Financial Services Operations) and CSM (Customer Service Management). This role will be responsible for all technical deliverables related to ServiceNow architecture and implementation.

 

Minimum 4 years of overall experience in technical definition, improvement, and re-engineering using ServiceNow.

Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow CSM and/or FSO related implementation projects

Must have experience running technical workshops for CSM / FSO modules (Data Model, Tables, Data requirements, etc.)

Must have experience creating effort estimates and configuring the functionalities within CSM / FSO modules.

Must have experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts and process documents.

ServiceNow CIS-CSM (certified implementation specialist) is highly preferred

Participate in ServiceNow projects through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for our clients.

Work with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.

Develop technical solutions for deploying ServiceNow including establishing key milestones, finalizing budget/scope, and assisting with high-level architecture.

Engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions

Create demos with specific workflows for various industries/use cases

Must have good communication and documentation skills
