Job Description


  • Develop new and manage existing Salesforce processes, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
  • Develop new and re-evaluate current SSRS reports.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement opportunities for new automation.
  • Provide support and analysis of new development initiatives to drive workflow improvements within operations and investment teams.
  • Assist with the implementation of new software, and upgrades of existing software.
  • Support, manage and administrate Microsoft SQL servers.
  • Support and execute software testing, change management and deployment processes.
  • Develop new and re-evaluate current procedures to promote continuous process improvement.
  • Create and maintain related technical documentation and business process mapping.
  • Support and configuration of investment management systems including portfolio accounting software, fee reporting, order management and CRM platforms.
  • Work directly with the front office and back office teams to help provide a consistently high level of service to our clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems, or related field required
  • 1 to 3 years related experience required
  • 2+ years of Salesforce Development preferred

  • Microsoft SQL Server – Ability to understand relational database design, maintenance, and administration. Understands query, function, procedure, view, and table design concepts.
  • SQL Server Integration Services – Ability to create, modify and troubleshoot SQL integrations with Salesforce.
  • SQL Server Reporting Services – Ability to create, modify and troubleshoot SSRS reports.
  • Business Intelligence – Experience with PowerBI, R or similar a plus. To develop standards for comprehensive business intelligence dashboarding and reporting.
  • HelpSystems Automate – Ability to understand, develop, and maintain automation workflows.
  • Preferred/Desired - Software Development Lifecycle – Ability to identify requirements, develop, test, and deploy software, code, workflows, and reports using APEX and SOQL.
