PROJECT: SCOPE:

Planning

  • Obtain client’s Solarwinds SD account and validate license count and other purchases.
  • Obtain Asset discovery accounts along with credentials
  • Plan and design import templates
  • Configuration of Solarwinds Service Desk

Installation

  • May not require installation on hardware. Service Desk Account Setup - configuration and data Migration

Solarwinds ServiceDesk

 

Migration of users and assets from Track-it

  • Obtaining and configuring all required access credentials
  • Service Desk Account Setup
  • Adding or migrating users and tickets from Track-it to Service desk Using Service Desk import templates
  • Creation of and running of device discoveries for Assets discovery
  • Integration with TeamViewer
  • Integration with Microsoft Office365

 

Training/Turnover

 

  • General administration
  • Creating Alerts/Understanding different type of actions
  • Will provide documentations and step by step procedures to accomplish administrative and management tasks within the environment
    • Documentation will include:
      • Deployment Plan
      • Systems Documentation
      • Data Import Templates
