4 8 +years of experience in health care combining first-hand payor and consulting experience
2 5 years of medical claims experience within the payor environment required.
SDLC exposure needed.
- Service delivery client services based on direct BA and QA
- Provides action support to existing customers, upgrades, and implementation on the ClaimsXten side
- Have customer's give them production support
- Key customer high touch high demand day to day interactions, emails, and meetings
- Have consultant skill set work with customers
- Top key factors in the interview questions:
- Customer/Client facing experience
- Who pays for the project stakeholders, is a crucial piece for the candidate to know and if he has any experience communicating with clients
- Any movement in the project team calls
- Primemaster, Jira, Agile in use
- ICD9, ICD10, CPT, CLAIM MANAGEMENT, MEDICARE, MEDICAID
- PAYOR AND CONSULTING EXPERIENCE
- Difference between ICD9 or ICD10
- Hands on exp working on claims, understating the quotes
- Rules configuration
- Internal projects problematic not required
- Production support implementation experience is must / a huge plus
- Associates or Bachelors required = Bachelor of science
- Convert to permanent
- Conversion salary = will try to compensate based on hourly rate / depends on performance / depends on business needs
- 4-8 years of healthcare experience maximum
- Learn new things
- Constant communication with customer's and how we provide these services
- Top 3 communication, client facing, healthcare experience with claims, quick learner- learn new technologies, team player works with different teams, communications skills, not able to take 15 minutes to answer a question
- This person needs to go long term on this project
