CHG Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager. Our Delivery Managers work to ensure a successful implementation of our digital products, starting with creating a shared understanding of the business impacts (people, process & data) to proposed changes. This key role will support our enterprise strategic initiatives and partner with our divisions to execute the work necessary to prepare for change brought about by digital products. This role is responsible for internal customer success using effective organizational change management and through consistent implementation processes that aim to achieve high adoption and sustainment. The ideal candidate will quickly build strong relationships throughout our organization, and proactively learn about our business, business processes, our internal customers, and the product vision to make a positive impact to the team.

Your role:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the new or enhanced product to analyze and communicate the size of the
  • Create and execute a thorough implementation/delivery plan for each digital initiative, including but not limited to, organization change management activities, testing preparedness, plan for launch, and adoption and sustainment activities
  • Facilitate weekly business readiness meetings/working sessions with that includes product management and the internal business customer change champions
  • Work with the product manager and internal customers to create a data clean-up/data enrichment plan and provide visibility into data readiness throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Break down the future state process into detailed steps and finalize standard work creation at an enterprise level
  • Collaborate with product initiative teams, division project teams, and the communications team on an effective communication plan and execute appropriately
  • Create drafts of user documentation, training documents, standard work, FAQ's, and/or user guides for each role and partner with the technical writer for documentation finalization
  • Develop and support "train the trainer" activities and/or training
  • Prepare business users for user acceptance testing (UAT), including but not limited to, user training and creating testing escalation processes
  • Interact and collaborate with business end-users, business leaders, and division project managers in preparation for product delivery
  • Develop and/or support the creation of data and process adoption and sustainment reports
  • Provide support during product launch, which may include directly interacting with customers
  • Research and triage post-launch issues into process, technology, data, and user categories
  • Resolve process and user issues during and after launch until support handoff is complete
  • Prepare internal support staff for operational handoff/steady state
  • Audit business process adoption and analyze need for business process re-engineering after product launch
  • Other duties as assigned

Your qualifications:

  • Experience in successful project implementations and delivery for large, cross-functional projects

  • Experience in process mapping, and/or standard work creation
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment structure
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
  • Ability to create valuable reports and/or dashboards
  • Intuitively proactive and curious
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or relative equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of work experience in product delivery, project implementation, software delivery, business analysis, project management, product management, or similar experience
  • Experience in working with waterfall and agile methodologies

  • SQL development
  • Prosci Change Practitioner Certification or equivalent change management certification
