Client is in need of a data entry candidate to do the following:
We are putting together a Triage Help Desk to help in our deployment process. We are looking for the following skills:
Learning a custom system (Training provided) to do lookup or data entry updates (Salesforce, Sales Order System, Asset Tracking System, Configuration System).
Communication to various functional groups or branch personal to resolve issues.
Issue Management and Tracking to know what is in your queue and to move it along a chain of support as needed.
Ability to prioritize work in a FIFO method.
Microsoft Office Skills
Some Analyst skills to identify correct scenario and apply remedy, root cause analysis.
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 3 months, extendable
