A Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of sourcing, recruiting and submitting candidates for consideration to an assigned base of national clients. The clients can be from a number of different verticals (Finance, Manufacturing, Government, Consumer Products, Pharma/Medical Device) with business needs ranging from IT, Engineering, Clearance to Non-Clearance to Business Professional positions.
What Revolution Technologies is looking for in a Senior Technical Recruiter:
This position has a base salary and uncapped commission structure that starts with the very first placement. 3 weeks annually of PTO accrued monthly. A benefit package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term or Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, and 401k.
