Problem and Incident Manager (ITSM/ITIL)
We are seeking an ITSM professional to perform problem management and major incident management including responding to outages and service disruptions
A typical day will be responding to major incidents, facilitating troubleshooting efforts, communicating with leadership in IS, doing follow up work such as root cause analysis, looking at trends with data.
This role involves good amount of written and verbal communication and facilitating large groups, roubleshooting efforts more quickly with group meetings, documenting issues as far as actions taken, next steps, root cause analysis.
