Overview: This is an opportunity to be an integral team member of our Process Optimization Practice to lead business transformation efforts across client organizations focusing on customer satisfaction, cost reduction, cycle time reduction, quality improvement and world class organizational change management. It is expected that the role will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to document and measure operational processes, extract and analyze process data and develop strategies to drive process improvements. Implementation of the improvements requires application of change management frameworks to manage the people side of change. The Consultant must possess the skill and flexibility to support several projects at any given time.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to lean and six sigma projects toward successful completion by supporting lean program and initiatives, facilitating cross-functional teams, and training, resulting in improved process quality, financial results, and customer satisfaction

- Support client projects to deliver business and digital transformation by designing people, process and technology solutions and then supporting the client through implementation

- Craft change management strategies and contribute to execution of change and communication plans as required

- Work directly with client executives to establish goals and objectives related to lean, process design, quality targets and change management

- Establish and monitor metrics relative to lean programs, projects, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor level degree is required, Master's degree such as MBA preferred

- Lean and/or Six Sigma Green belt or Black belt certification by a nationally recognized board preferred

- 5+ years of hands-on process improvement experience

- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and executive presence

- Ability to work with complex systems, simplify the problems, work with client teams to organize solutions and then present clear and articulate data-based recommendations to executive leadership

- Disciplined, structured and logical approach to problem solving

- Demonstrated ability to project manage multiple projects, maintain compliance, manage budget and remain on time is required

- Ability to apply change management best practices to projects to ensure adoption and reduce the negative consequences of poorly managed change

- Ability to apply data and statistical analysis to complex business problems

- Proven workshop facilitation experience - virtual and in person

- Prior experience in consulting (internal or external) is a plus

- Organizational Change Management Certification is not required but is a plus

- Supply Chain experience is a plus

The expected salary range for this role is $80,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
