Role: UI/UX Business Systems Analyst

Location: Brampton, ON

Duration: Full Time

One of our communications and media company clients are seeking a UI/UX Business Systems Analyst that will lead the design and delivery of new features and integrations for our core platform which serves our front-line agents in Care, Retail & Field Sales. Primary responsibilities will include helping to launch new products and capabilities iteratively by overseeing all key business systems analyst activities including but not limited to designing and documenting solutions, supporting testing, assisting in production releases through an agile and/or waterfall process.

Responsibilities

Support the technical roadmap by understanding and influencing overall solution design to align with the assisted channels strategy
Provide full end-to-end solution and design input to create frictionless sales experiences
Author & review solution documents; which includes requirement response, changes to impacted front end, server side and back end applications, user & system use cases, and scope of work
Collaborate and provide oversight to Development, QA, UAT, and BRT teams to answer questions to ensure delivery of complex changes in both agile and waterfall programs
Ensure and be able to communicate with PM, POs the functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules and system architecture for each project
Actively participate in team meetings and agile ceremonies. Offer recommendations and insight on overall application solution strategy.
Propose system requirements and/or business process changes to fulfill business user requirements, ensuring system development or business process solutions.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Analysis, Design and Figma Tool, Data and Process Modeling.
5+ years of previous experience in progressively responsible related positions, including two years in system development, database and analysis and two to three years in prototyping and requirements analysis.
Experience with human centered design.
Demonstrated participation in a design team and specific outputs such as user research plans, user test plans, wireframes, prototypes experience and other assets produced during your human centered design experiences building digital solutions.
Experience presenting to various audiences and facilitating various workshops.
Hands on experience producing data models.
Skills and experience with analyzing, interpreting data and presenting it visually.
Experience working in Agile Product Development is an asset.
